Discover our range of pure, locally-sourced honey from Lagness Farms

About Lagness Farms

We're a family-run honey farm dedicated to producing the finest quality honey. Our bees forage on wildflowers across our beautiful countryside, creating unique and delicious honey varieties.

Every jar is carefully harvested and packed with care, bringing you the pure taste of nature.

We also take you with us throughout the year showing exactly how your honey goes from being created in the hive all the way through until it is in the jar your hands.

FAQs

Does honey go out of date?

No honey has been found in the pyramids which is still edible!

Why has my honey crystalised?

Crystallisation is completely natural and a sign of pure, raw honey. Over time, the natural sugars separate and form crystals. To return it to liquid, just warm the jar gently in a bowl of warm water.

What is raw honey?

Raw honey is honey that’s straight from the hive, only strained to remove bits of wax or pollen, and never heated or processed. This keeps all its natural enzymes, flavour, and goodness intact.

Is your honey organic?

No, we cannot class our honey as organic because our bees will travel up to 3 miles to collect pollen and nectar from other areas that may use pesticides whether that be from farms or from gardens
